We’re Hiring: Copywriter (Brand Strategy & Creative)

JanusKoncepts is looking for a strategic and creative Copywriter who can build compelling brand narratives and deliver high-impact campaigns. This role requires a strong balance of brand strategy, creative copywriting, and AI-driven research capabilities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing brand voice, crafting persuasive copy, and conceptualizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for ads, websites, social media, and campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, and performance optimization
- Analyze trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or advertising
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns and creative work
- Expertise in brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and content strategy
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance-driven content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
