Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Copywriting & Strategic Messaging
- Develop and refine brand narratives that elevate TimesPro’s positioning in the EdTech industry.
- Write and optimize thought leadership content including blogs, industry reports, whitepapers, and research-backed insights.
- Craft compelling brand campaigns and key messaging for digital, print, and OOH (out-of-home) advertising.
- Develop scripts for brand videos, leadership interviews, and corporate presentations.
- Create high-impact copy for social media content, influencer campaigns, and partnerships.
- Write compelling press releases, internal newsletters, and investor communication.
2. Hero/P1 Course Copywriting (Executive Education Business)
- Develop engaging course landing pages with conversion-optimized copy.
- Write compelling email marketing sequences for course promotion and lead nurturing.
- Create persuasive performance ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive enrollments.
- Develop faculty bios and institutional partnership positioning to enhance credibility.
- Craft high-converting sales decks and brochures for enterprise outreach.
- Optimize content for engagement across web, WhatsApp, performance marketing, and paid media.
3. AI & Innovation in Copywriting
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Eleven Labs) for enhanced content generation and workflow automation.
- Experiment with interactive and dynamic content to improve engagement.
- Optimize copy based on performance analytics and A/B testing.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Collaborate with faculty, SMEs, and product teams to extract insights for accurate course positioning.
- Partner with SEO and paid media teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or advertising.
- Experience in EdTech, executive education, or professional learning programs is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to write high-converting ad copy, email sequences, and landing pages.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing analytics, and content performance tracking.
- Some exposure & experience using AI-powered writing tools and content automation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills as well maintaining consistent tone of voice for the brand across all collaterals.
