Job Title: Manager – Copywriter (Brands)
Location: Bangalore
About the Role
We are building an integrated sportswear ecosystem spanning manufacturing, consumer brands, and retail. With a strong presence across global brand partnerships, multi-brand retail formats, and expanding consumer labels, the organization is on a fast growth trajectory in the sportswear industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and impactful copy for multiple platforms including websites, social media, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all communication is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to ideate and execute integrated campaigns.
- Research & Insights:
- Understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors to create relevant and effective content.
- Adaptability:
- Tailor writing styles for different platforms and audiences to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance:
- Proofread and review content to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in copywriting.
- Prior agency experience will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating persuasive writing and script development skills.
- Proven creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
