We’re hiring a copywriter with some experience in BFSI (or a willingness to learn) and who’s open to using AI as a creative partner to scale ideas.
If you’re comfortable translating financial jargon into compelling, user-friendly content for banks, this role’s for you. Strong writing skills and an understanding of financial products are a must.

Please note, this is a WFO role, with some flexibility to WFH occasionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Build content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Channel understanding - Email / Push Notifications / WhatsApp / SMS & RCS
- Experience with performance marketing - static creatives and short video scripts for Meta / Google / 3rd party inventory
- Should be a good storyteller
- Curious about experimenting with AI tools to spark ideas, explore variations, and scale creative output.
- Comfortable blending human creativity with AI inspiration—adapting, editing, and polishing to create standout work.
- Excited to work in a fast-moving environment where creativity, adaptability, and smart use of AI go hand in hand.
- Stay tuned into trends, industry conversations, competitor campaigns, and creative innovations to inform your work.
- Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and team leads to bring briefs to life.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and deliver polished, error-free copy on time.
- Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Minimize rework by deeply understanding the brand’s tone, audience, and messaging.
