Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop creative, engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write compelling copy, catchy headlines, and engaging captions
Social Media Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas for content and promotion
Trend Awareness
- Stay current on social media trends, topics, and developments
- Identify and leverage relevant trends for timely, resonant content
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and guidelines
- Maintain consistent tone and messaging across platforms
Content Optimization
- Apply SEO best practices for maximum visibility and reach
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and inform data-driven content decisions
Collaboration
- Work with the design team to pair visuals with written copy
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather info and ensure accurate content
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a strong social media portfolio
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and strong grammar
