Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Copywriter with 3–5 years of agency or advertising experience who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and maturity to their craft.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes writing, understands how brands communicate across platforms, and can craft compelling narratives that inspire action.
Beyond writing, we are looking for someone who brings leadership qualities, ownership, and the ability to guide creative thinking within the team.
You will work closely with designers, strategists, and performance teams to develop impactful campaigns and communication that connect with audiences.
Key Responsibilities✍️ Creative Copywriting
- Write compelling copy for social media, digital campaigns, ads, brand campaigns, websites, and scripts
- Craft engaging captions, taglines, hooks, campaign narratives, and storytelling concepts
- Develop both short-form and long-form content
- Translate creative briefs into powerful brand messaging
🎯 Campaign & Brand Communication
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across platforms
- Conceptualize creative campaign ideas and content directions
- Write copy aligned with marketing objectives and performance goals
- Adapt messaging for organic and paid marketing campaigns
🤝 Creative Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and strategists
- Contribute actively to campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior creatives
- Ensure high-quality writing standards across projects

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of language, grammar, and clarity
- Comfortable handling multiple brands and fast-paced agency environments
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in copywriting within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign ideas, brand storytelling, captions, scripts, and digital campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience working with FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands (preferred)
- Understanding of digital platforms, social media communication, and performance marketing
Education
Master’s Degree in English Literature (Preferred)
Background in Advertising, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Creative Writing is a plus.
