Primary Title: Copywriter | Location: India (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy across channels: website, landing pages, email campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
- Translate briefs from product, growth, and employer-brand teams into conversion-focused copy and content concepts.
- Optimize copy for SEO and conversions using keyword research, meta copy, and on-page best practices.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain tone of voice, accuracy, and brand style guides; establish reusable messaging frameworks.
- Publish and maintain content in the CMS; coordinate with designers and developers to ensure copy fits UX and technical constraints.
- Use analytics and A/B testing insights to iterate copy and improve CTR, engagement, and lead-generation metrics.
