The Role
We’re looking for a content writer who’s equally comfortable writing a LinkedIn thought-leadership carousel for a SaaS founder and an Instagram reel script for a D2C brand. Someone who researches before they write, thinks in formats (not just captions), and can switch between B2B and B2C without losing their footing.
You’ll be building content systems. That means competitor audits, audience research, content calendars, and the strategic thinking that holds it all together.
What You’ll Do
• Write copy across static posts, carousels, reels, and stories for multiple clients and platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook)
• Research competitors, dissect what’s working in a client’s industry, and turn those insights into content strategies
• Build and maintain social media content calendars with a clear mix of content pillars, formats, and platform-specific nuance
• Develop audience personas and dig into target audience behaviour — what they engage with, when, and why
• Write reel and short-video scripts with a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and trends
• Switch fluently between B2B (professional, authoritative, insight-driven) and B2C (warm, relatable, conversion-ready) voices
• Collaborate directly with designers to ensure copy and visual work together, not against each other
• Contribute to long-form content when needed — blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn articles
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience writing content for social media (agency experience is a strong plus)
• Strong research instincts: you look at what competitors are doing before you start writing
• You know a carousel needs a different structure than a reel, and both need a different hook than a static post
• Solid understanding of platform behaviour: what works on LinkedIn doesn’t work on Instagram, and you know why
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail (typos in published posts are a dealbreaker for us)
• Comfortable working at startup speed — context-switching, tight deadlines, and the occasional curveball
Why Agentix
• Direct client exposure from day one — no sitting in a corner writing briefs nobody reads
• Small team = real ownership. Your work ships, your ideas get heard, and your growth isn’t bottlenecked by org charts
• You’ll work across industries and formats, so you’ll never be bored and you’ll build a portfolio most writers take 5 years to build
• Chill, no-ego environment with people who genuinely care about doing good work
• We’ll push you, but we’ll also back you. This is a place where you’ll grow fast if you’re willing to put in the work.
