We’re looking for a creative, independent Copywriter who doesn’t just write but thinks. This role goes beyond execution and into idea generation, campaign thinking, and pitch-stage creativity. You’ll work across digital platforms and offline brand activations, including college and youth-focused campaigns.
If you have your own writing voice, enjoy brainstorming, and love building ideas from scratch, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop strong, original copy for:
- Digital campaigns (social media, ads, reels, websites, emailers)
- Brand activations & on-ground campaigns (college activations, youth marketing)
- Campaign taglines, slogans, and brand narratives
● Be actively involved in strategic & creative pitch meetings
● Contribute out-of-the-box ideas during ideation and brainstorming sessions
● Translate brand objectives into compelling creative communication
● Write pitch decks, concept notes, and campaign storytelling
● Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and client servicing teams
● Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging
● Stay updated with trends, pop culture, youth language, and digital formats. Skills & Requirements
● Strong command of English
● Ability to think concept-first, not template-first
● Proven writing skills with a clear personal style
● Experience across digital & offline creative is a plus
● Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining creative logic
● Ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences
● Good time management and openness to feedback
