Role Purpose
As enterprise brands increasingly compete on credibility, differentiation, and thought leadership,
strong copy becomes a strategic advantage. This role exists to help create communication that is:

Key Responsibilities
1. Copywriting & Campaign Communication
Write impactful copy across:
- Social media
- Digital campaigns
- Websites and landing pages
- Brand communication
- ads and performance marketing creatives
- Emailers and newsletters
- Presentations and decks thought leadership and long-form assets
Translate complex B2B, enterprise, and technology topics into clear, engaging communication
Support campaign ideation, messaging frameworks, and storytelling directions across accounts
2.Content Quality & Consistency
- Ensure all copy is accurate, insight-led, contextually relevant, and aligned to brand tone
- Maintain high editorial standards with zero tolerance for plagiarism, factual inaccuracies, or careless errors
- Reduce rework through strong understanding of briefs, audiences, and communication goals
- Balance creativity with clarity and business relevance
3. Collaboration & Responsivenes
- Work closely with content leads, designers, strategists, account teams, and digital teams
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and creative discussions
- Be responsive, collaborative, and proactive in fast-moving project environments
- Support quick-turnaround campaign and content requirements when needed
4. Research, AI & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on business, technology, AI, social, and marketing trends relevant to client industries
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, and productivity without compromising originality or thinking quality
- Continuously improve writing craft, storytelling ability, and contextual understanding
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content, editorial, or campaign communication roles
- Strong command over written English, grammar, and storytelling
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form communication confidently
- Understanding of social-first communication, campaigns, and digital content ecosystems
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into sharp, engaging narratives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curiosity about brands, business, marketing, and storytelling
