Role Overview:
We are looking for a Copywriter who is skilled in creating engaging, clear, and high-impact ad copy across various formats, including static ads, carousel ads, and video/reel ads. This role demands a creative individual who understands the target audience, can craft attention-grabbing messaging, and write compelling content that resonates with job-seeking graduates and career professionals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver ads that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and high-impact ad copy for static creatives, carousel ads, and video/reel ads
- Develop compelling headlines, hooks, and primary text for various ad concepts
- Work collaboratively with designers and video editors to align copy with visual creatives
- Write messaging tailored to different target audiences (graduates, career switchers, professionals)
- Maintain consistency in brand voice across all ad formats
- Meet deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback
- Generate fresh ideas and angles for ad creatives regularly
Qualifications:
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience: 1-2 years in ad copywriting (preferably in EdTech, digital marketing agencies, or career-focused platforms)
- Skills:Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and brevity
- Experience in writing for static, carousel, and video ads
- Understanding of audience psychology and crafting message hooks
- Ability to create multiple creative variations quickly
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
