🚀 We’re Hiring: Copy Editors (K–12 | EdTech)
We’re looking for experienced Copy Editors to join our team in a remote, full-time role. If you have a strong editorial eye and a passion for improving K–12 learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
📚 Role Overview
You will be responsible for copyediting content on online platforms, ensuring that K–12 learning materials are clear, consistent, accurate, and student-friendly.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in copyediting educational content
* Familiarity with EdTech content and workflows
* Strong command of one or more subjects: ELA, Math, Science, or Social Studies
* Excellent grasp of grammar, tone, consistency, and instructional clarity
* Working knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS) with sound editorial judgment
✨ Good to Have
* Exposure to accessibility practices (alt text, readability, inclusive language)
* Experience with leading K–12 organizations
* Experience working on LMS or CMS platforms
* Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully—as an assist, not a substitute for editorial rigor
📌 Eligibility
* Minimum 3 years of experience in K–12 editing
