Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Copyeditors and Typesetting Experts, based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The responsibilities include reviewing, editing, and proofreading academic and educational content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. The role also involves typesetting and formatting documents while ensuring clarity, correctness, and visual appeal for publication or distribution. Collaboration with educators, content creators, and design teams will be an integral part of the process to produce polished final outputs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Copyediting, Proofreading, and maintaining grammatical and structural accuracy
- Experience with Typesetting, Document Formatting, and Content Layout Design
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to uphold quality standards
- Familiarity with content development for academic or educational purposes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team and manage hybrid working schedules
- Familiarity with educational content tools and relevant publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign, is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Education, or related field preferred
