Job Title: Copy Supervisor

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Copy Supervisor with strong storytelling skills and hands-on experience in scriptwriting and film-based content. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable leading campaign-led work as well as managing always-on retainer mandates, bringing consistency and creativity across both.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior copy team members across projects
- Conceptualize and write engaging copy for integrated campaigns and retainer-based work
- Develop scripts for films, digital videos, branded content, and ads
- Work on both big campaign ideas and day-to-day content requirements
- Collaborate closely with art, strategy, and production teams
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all deliverables
- Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
- Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in copywriting within an agency setup
- Strong portfolio showcasing film/video work, Activations and campaign experience
- Proven experience handling retainer clients alongside campaign projects
- Ability to balance high-impact campaigns with high-volume content
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- A good grasp of trends on social
Good to Have:
- Experience working with Market Leader brands
- Exposure to influencer/video-led campaigns
