Position Title: Creative Mentor
Reports To: Creative Leader/Co-founder Work Experience: 5+ years

Role Overview:
The Creative Mentor (Copy) is a pivotal role that combines leadership, creativity, and strategy. You will take ownership of crafting compelling brand stories, guiding a team of copy specialists, and driving the creative vision across everyday brand work and larger campaign ideas. This role is about being hands-on, providing actionable feedback, and grooming the next generation of creative thinkers while ensuring the highest standard of work for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership & Leadership:
- Take full ownership of creative deliverables, from everyday brand content to larger
- campaign concepts.
- Ensure all outputs are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and meet client
- expectations.
Creative Writing & Conceptual Thinking:
- Write compelling copy for a range of platforms, including social media, websites, ad
- campaigns, and more.
- Develop big ideas for campaigns that resonate with audiences and align with brand
- objectives.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all client communication.
Mentorship & Development:
- Provide constructive feedback to copy specialists, helping them refine their craft and
- develop strategic thinking.
- Groom and mentor the team to become better storytellers and creative
- problem-solvers.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with design mentors, strategists, and other teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Present ideas confidently to clients, ensuring they understand the creative vision and its strategic intent
Proactive Initiative:
- Identify opportunities for fresh content ideas, campaign directions, or brand
- narratives.
- Take the lead on brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, and internal initiatives that
- enhance agency culture
Industry Awareness & Innovation:
- Stay updated on trends in advertising, digital platforms, and consumer behavior to
- infuse fresh thinking into your work.
- Experiment with new formats, styles, and approaches to elevate client campaigns and
- internal processes
