Copy Lead – Enterprise Tech
Bangalore
We’re looking for a copy lead who can shape how enterprise tech brands sound, think, and tell their stories.
You could come from B2B, B2C, or a mix—but you should be excited about building narratives in a space where most brands sound the same.
What we’re looking for
- ~6–8+ years in writing (B2B, B2C, or both) with strong campaign and brand work
- Ability to simplify complexity without losing meaning
- Strong point of view on what makes work distinctive
- Experience leading projects and people
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your thinking and workflow
- Clear thinking and the ability to articulate ideas to different audiences
What you’ll do
- Lead the narrative across campaigns, brand platforms, and key initiatives
- Turn complex products and ideas into clear, engaging stories
- Define tone of voice and raise the bar on creative quality
- Collaborate with design and strategy to bring ideas to life
- Guide and mentor writers, giving clear and constructive feedback
