Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative / Copy Lead who can bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling and sharp copy. The ideal candidate will lead creative thinking, craft impactful campaigns, and collaborate closely with design, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver engaging brand communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation for digital campaigns, brand launches, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Write and oversee high-quality copy across digital, social media, websites, videos, and campaigns
- Develop brand voice and messaging frameworks for clients
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to execute campaigns
- Present creative concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication
- Mentor junior copywriters and guide them on creative execution
- Stay updated with industry trends, pop culture, and digital-first content formats
- Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in copywriting / creative roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led thinking and copywriting
- Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities
- Experience working on digital and social media campaigns
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer-led campaigns
- Video scripting and content ideation
- Brand positioning and messaging development
- Integrated campaign experience (Digital + Offline preferred)
