We’re hiring a Copy Editor / Senior Copy Editor for the Revstories US Desk. This role is ideal for someone who can edit at digital-desk speed, shape strong story packaging, and improve content performance through sharp editorial judgment.
What You’ll Do
- Edit and rewrite stories across health, wellness, lifestyle, food, and entertainment for a US audience
- Craft sharp headlines, intros, and packaging that improve CTR and readability
- Strengthen accuracy, structure, tone, and flow while maintaining editorial and SEO standards
- Use CMS and AI tools for editing, fact-checking, quality improvement, and publishing
- Work with internal editorial and tech teams to improve content ideation and workflows
- Help maintain high-quality output across a fast-moving content pipeline
What You Must Bring
- 1-4 years of experience in a digital newsroom, content desk, or editorial role
- Strong editorial judgment, grammar, rewriting ability, and headline instincts
- Ability to multitask, work fast, and meet deadlines
- Comfort with SEO basics, Google Trends, analytics, and Discover-friendly packaging
- Ability to use AI tools for research, editing support, and workflow efficiency
You’ll Thrive If You
- Have experience editing content for US, UK, or international audiences
- Understand what makes a story perform and can spot strong angles quickly
- Can guide writers with clear, actionable feedback
- Are curious, adaptable, and comfortable with AI-assisted workflows and new tech
Good to Have
- Interest or knowledge in wellness, fitness, mental health, lifestyle, or pop culture
- Basic Canva or visual sense for photo stories and social formats
- Experience in Discover-first or SEO-first newsrooms
