The Role
We’re looking for a copywriter who can write long-form content without breaking a sweat — someone who can turn engineering into clarity, confusion into confidence, products into stories, and features into reasons to believe.
You’ll work closely with the Creative & Content Lead, Marketing Head, Sales Teams, and Founder. You’ll help define communication across digital, performance, trade, and brand platforms.
What You’ll Do
Content & Copy
• Write website and brand content — product pages, landing pages, blogs, and case studies
• Write social and creator-ready scripts — Reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts, and captions
• Write performance and conversion copy — ads, landing pages, WhatsApp and email nurture
• Write sales and trade content — brochures, explainers, dealer communication, and on-ground messaging
Ideation & Strategy
• Contribute to weekly content ideas; spot opportunities from sales and consumer insights
• Translate brand positioning into sharp, on-tone communication across formats
Industry Research & Newsletter
• Conduct ongoing industry research — track trends, regulatory updates, material innovations, and market developments in fenestration, construction, and interiors
• Own and produce a monthly newsletter for architects, interior designers, and builders — curated, well-written, and genuinely worth reading; not a promotional mailer
Case Studies
• Work with the Creative & Content Lead to research, write, and produce case studies of IndiFrame’s star projects — in multiple formats (long-form editorial, social snippets, sales decks, etc.)
• Interview customers, project teams, and on-ground stakeholders to bring real stories to life
Collaboration & Optimisation
• Partner with design and video teams for scripts and campaigns
• Align with the performance team on copy goals; improve and rewrite using data
• Create reusable templates for recurring content formats
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years in content writing or copywriting — agency or brand, both welcome
• Strong portfolio showing range — website copy, social content, ads, long-form
• Clear thinking. Clean writing. No jargon for the sake of it
• Curious about how things work — an engineering or research mindset is a genuine plus here
• Strong feel for tone that is premium, clear, and non-pushy
• Comfortable with SEO basics and AI writing tools — for speed, not as a crutch
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
• IndiFrame has a consistent, recognisable tone of voice
• Product pages feel clear and compelling
• First newsletter is out and well-received by architects, interior designers, and builders
• Case study pipeline is set up with at least 2–3 in progress
• Sales team starts using your content to close better
