KEY FOCUS AREAS
1. end-to-end content ownership from ideation to delivery to performance analysis
2. lead verbal communication and visual direction for integrated campaigns
3. multi-format writing: social, performance, seo, web, print, film, collateral
4. content strategy aligned to brand objectives, category insights, tg behavior
5. understanding and interpreting campaign and platform performance reports
6. ai tool adoption for productivity, speed, and efficiency
7. multi-language capability (english and regional as needed)
8. market understanding through research, visits, and competition analysis
9. originality, quality control, and risk-free content delivery
10. collaboration with teams while owning the final output and accountability
