🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Copilot Studio / M365 AI Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure architecture, tenant migrations, data integration, security, and Fabric-aligned solution design, and will play a key role in delivering scalable and secure cloud-based AI solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure-based solution architectures for enterprise applications
- Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations across Azure and Microsoft environments
- Build and manage data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Align Azure services with Microsoft Fabric-led data and AI architecture
- Configure and manage security controls including RBAC, service principals, and Key Vault
- Ensure identity, access management, and governance across environments
- Handle endpoint reconfiguration and integration changes during migrations and deployments
- Implement deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines across Azure services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
🧠 Core Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in Azure architecture and cloud solution design
- Hands-on experience in tenant-to-tenant migration planning and execution
- Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and integration design
- Good understanding of Azure networking (VNet, NSG, endpoints, connectivity)
- Strong exposure to Azure security (RBAC, service principals, Key Vault)
- Experience in endpoint management and reconfiguration
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD and deployment automation (Azure DevOps / IaC tools)
- Ability to align solutions with Microsoft Fabric architecture
