Role Description:
The COPA Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kurukshetra. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on computer operator and programming assistance (COPA) to trainees. Key daily responsibilities include planning and conducting sessions, designing relevant curriculum, evaluating trainees’ progress, providing hands-on training in computer applications, and staying updated with the latest industry practices. The trainer will also mentor and guide trainees to ensure skill readiness and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer operations, programming, and IT applications
- Training, mentoring, and instructional expertise in theoretical and practical settings
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred
- Previous training or teaching experience is an advantage
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment
