Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coordinator - Projects located in Ahmedabad. The Coordinator will oversee project activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, liaising with clients, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Coordinator will also track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B. Tech
- Proven project coordination experience (01 to 03 year Experience , including planning and execution
- Strong understanding of insulation services and knowledge of related design, fabrication, and installation processes
- Proficiency in project management tools, documentation, and reporting
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in industrial projects
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to challenging timelines and environments
- Engineering or related technical background is a plus
- Experience with similar industries focusing on construction, manufacturing, or energy is beneficial
