Project Coordinator – Civil / Infrastructure
Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)
Experience: 4 – 7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Joining: Immediate Joiner or within 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of ongoing construction projects.

* Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

* Ensure proper coordination between site teams, contractors, consultants, and management.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Support project planning, site execution, and
compliance with quality standards.

* Follow up with site teams for project updates and resolve coordination issues.

* Maintain communication between the head office and project sites.

Requirements

* 4 to 7 years of experience in building and infrastructure projects.

* Strong coordination and project management skills.

* Good knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

* Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 15 days will be preferred.
