Role Description The Coordinator / Project Office In-charge, Disha Science-Tech Centre is a full-time, on-site role located in Halol. This role is responsible for overseeing daily office operations at the Disha Science-Tech Centre, including managing administrative processes, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of the centre. The Coordinator will handle scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping, maintain office equipment and supplies, and act as a primary point of contact for visitors, partners, and stakeholders. The role includes supporting project planning and implementation, preparing reports and updates for leadership, and ensuring that customer service and communication standards are consistently met. The Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep activities aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, documentation, and record management.
- Ability to operate and manage Office Equipment and basic office technology efficiently.
- Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, visitors, and partner interactions professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation tools).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in office coordination, project support, or centre management will be an advantage.
