Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coordinator - Pre Primary based in Baramulla (Kashmir). The coordinator will oversee the daily operations and academic programs of the Pre-Primary section, ensuring a conducive learning environment. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, teacher coordination, monitoring student progress, organizing extracurricular activities, and ensuring alignment with the institution’s educational goals. The role requires collaboration with staff, parents, and management to maintain high standards of early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in education with B.Ed.
- Expertise in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Development
- Experience in Team Coordination, Leadership, and Teacher Training

- Ability to Monitor Student Progress and Implement Effective Learning Strategies
