Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator (Placement) role based in Raipur Chhatisgarh
As a Placement Coordinator, you will facilitate the placement of students by building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying suitable opportunities, and coordinating placement activities. Responsibilities include organizing recruitment drives, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful job matching. Additionally, you will work closely with students, providing career guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and employers
- Experience in customer service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge and expertise in the education and training sector
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and understanding of placement strategies
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; experience in career counseling or training institutions is a plus
