Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent service delivery to Clients by ensuring quality auditing of Candidate screenings
- Following internal procedures and turnaround times for auditing Candidate screening files
- Collaborating with wider team to ensure team workloads are actioned within 24 hours
- Auditing Candidate screening files to ensure the following have been adhered to:
- All references gathered strictly adhere to Client’s best practice guidance
- All supporting documentation collated is deemed sufficiently comprehensive
- Discrepancies have been covered off by Candidate discrepancy statements (where applicable)
- Database and bespoke checks have been correctly conducted and reported
- Adverse findings have been flagged to the Client
- Client tickets have been raised for all necessary notifications and requests for exceptions
- All additional costs are correct on the screening
- All attachments are visible for the Client and clearly named
- Findings are accurately reported and the report is free from spelling and grammatical errors
- The report is correctly marked international where required
- Actioning minor corrections (where applicable) to enable the report to be sent out without delay
- Raising remedial actions to the Candidate Screening Coordinator and collaborating with them to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Recording remedial trends and any reoccurring issues so they can be escalated to improve quality of reports
- Raising Data Incidents correctly and efficiently, following company procedures at all times
- Escalating any problematic screenings to a Team Leader in a timely and effective manner
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related discipline
- Proficiency in QC tools and techniques for process improvement
- Educational qualification: HSC or higher
- Open to working in office (Thane-Kolshet)
