Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinator - Digital Solutions(Team Lead) to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex scanning and digitization projects, ensuring operational excellence, and leading diverse teams to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
Our Digital Solutions team is dedicated to transforming information management through cutting-edge imaging technology, automation, and collaborative problem-solving.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Manage end-to-end scanning and digitization projects: Adhere to project scopes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery by managing project sign-offs, including Proof of Concept, User Acceptance Tests, and Work Completion Certifications.
- Lead diverse operational teams: Supervise and develop both in-house and vendor-supplied teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
- Drive operational excellence: Maintain compliance with organizational standards, effectively manage client escalations, and assist vertical leadership in attaining revenue targets.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience managing multiple operational sites and teams of 50+ members.
- Strong technical knowledge of production imaging equipment (including Automatic Document Feeders, overhead, flatbed, and BookEye scanners) and Document Management Systems.
- Proven ability in data reporting using Google Sheets and Management Information Systems, with a strong focus on workflow automation and process integration.
- Educational background: Bachelors degree (Master of Business Administration in Operations preferred) combined with a strong track record in the digitization trade.
