We are looking for an Interview Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the complete interview coordination process between candidates, hiring managers, interview panels, and internal stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.
- Schedule and reschedule interviews based on candidate and stakeholder availability.
- Communicate interview details, meeting links, timings, and instructions to candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback.
- Track interview status, feedback, selections, rejections, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate interview trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with stakeholders for pending feedback and interview decisions.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Coordinate multiple interview processes simultaneously and manage priorities.
- Escalate delays, scheduling conflicts, and critical candidate issues.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure positions move smoothly from Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining.
- Prepare regular interview status reports and provide updates to management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, interview coordination, RPO, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
