Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the position of Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring community development programs, collaborating with community members and stakeholders, and ensuring the effective implementation of projects aligned with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, organizing events, facilitating workshops, and providing support for various initiatives to enhance livelihoods, education, health, and social inclusion.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation, with attention to detail
- Understanding of community development, social work, or related fields
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and build relationships
- Experience in working with NGOs or community-based organizations is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields
- Proficiency in local languages (such as Gujarati or Hindi) is an added advantage
