Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Coordinator at IOPSR. The Coordinator will oversee program execution, organize and manage online courses and workshops, assist in the planning and implementation of research projects, and provide support to faculty and students. Additional responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle scheduling, planning, and coordinating activities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with faculty, students, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in research methodologies and a solid understanding of psychology-related topics
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools, including scheduling and collaboration software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees would be an asset
- Previous experience in educational program coordination or research project management is a plus
Location- Preference will be given to candidates based in South Kolkata.
We are hiring for the position of Centre Coordinator (Intern for the first 6 months). This is a paid role with the possibility of permanent recruitment by IOPSR India.
Location - Hybrid role. Preference will be given to South Kolkata candidates.
