Role Description:
The Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, supporting the daily operations of the global logistics network. This role involves coordinating communication between members, organizing and maintaining member records, and supporting event and meeting logistics. The Coordinator will monitor inquiries, assist with onboarding new members, and help prepare reports, presentations, and digital content related to member activities and network performance. The role also includes close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth processes, timely resolution of member requests, and consistent application of network standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and follow-up on tasks and member requests.
- Strong communication abilities, with clear email and phone etiquette and the capacity to liaise with international stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
