About the Role
The Coordinator – Academic Services Office provides administrative and coordination support to senior academic leaders and professional services teams across student services and external engagement functions.
This role is suited for early-career professionals looking to build experience in higher education administration. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Track action items and support preparation of briefing notes, presentations, and official communication.
- Coordinate with academic and professional services teams across departments.
- Assist in organising meetings, institutional visits, and academic events.
- Maintain documentation and support governance and reporting processes.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and institutional initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in administration, executive support, or institutional coordination.
- Experience in higher education, international organisations, or professional services environments preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
