Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer, based in Rajkot. The role involves programming and operating CMM equipment to perform precision measurements of engine parts, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. The programmer will also be responsible for quality assurance, calibration checks, analysing data, and reporting findings to the engineering and quality assurance teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Gauges and related measurement tools
- CMM Machine is from Accurate, Module and Probe: Renishaw
- Expertise in precision Measurements and Calibration techniques
- Ability to conduct thorough component Inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
- Technical knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) programming and operation
- Experience interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
- Relevant work experience in precision engineering and quality assurance is an advantage
