Job Description Assist the Marketing team to achieve brands’ objectives performing digital and administrative activities, developing strategies with medium impact. Responsibilities Implement campaigns, initiatives and projects aligned to Brand PlansPoint of contact for the sales team: promotional cycle guidelines, fulfillment of material requestsSupport the Marketing manager developing presentations for Regional meetings, training and promotional cycle to sales team Manage the promotional calendar, performing stock control and placing purchase requisitions in SAPRoute materials for approval in the system (Agile), interacting continuously with Regional Marketing team (LATAM)Develop contents to PR activities, e-mail campaigns, websites and social media profiles, maximizing engagement and user experienceFollow digital market trends, monitor CRM activities, create and track social media KPIsDevelop promotional materials and campaigns leading creation, production and deploymentDevelop online marketing campaigns to drive brand awarenessPlan and execute corporate communications (internal and external)Interface with eyecare professionals, digital influencers, PR/Advertising agencies and internal stakeholders, such as Regional Marketing (LATAM), Sales, Regulatory, D&L, Legal, CS, etc. Qualifications English - Advanced degreeDesirable SpanishFamiliarity with social media platformsMicrosoft Office skillsDesirable experience with SAP, SFDC, Google Analytics, RD StationAnalytical skills, Teamwork, ResilientHands-On, execution mindsetDedicated, Partner, Inventive, Friendly Sporadic travelRegular office environmentOccasional field visitsInteractions with all areasAt least 2 years of experience in MarketingMarketing, Digital Marketing, Administration, Publicity or Communication Degrees.
