Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
- Proficiency in scheduling and resource planning tools.
Work Environment:
- Standing for prolonged periods.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to packaging materials and machinery.
- May require wearing PPE such as gloves, mask and hairnet in some production areas.
- Good communication and reliability.
Experience:
- Typically requires 5+ years of assembly experience and prior leadership exposure.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced training or certifications preferred.
