Associate Chief of Staff

We're looking for a high-potential, tech-savvy Associate to join the Office of the CEO. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you'll operate as a strategic partner to our CEO, COO and Chief Business Officer—optimizing meetings, managing priorities, and helping drive execution across the business. This is ideal for a recent MBA graduate, former consultant, or business athlete who thrives in ambiguity, is fluent in tech tools and frameworks, and is excited to grow their career with us. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Time & Focus Management Support the implementation of the CEO's time and meeting management frameworks, ensuring every hour reflects business priorities, working in alignment with Executive Assistants. Proactively manage the CEO's time using modern productivity systems and AI-powered tools (e.g., Notion, Motion, ChatGPT) Track bandwidth, balance, and focus across weeks and quarters Meeting Optimization & Executive Support Prepare for key meetings: review agendas, request context, challenge relevance, or propose cancellation when appropriate Attend critical meetings to take notes, capture decisions, and drive follow-through Analyze trends in meetings to identify inefficiencies and propose structural improvements Strategic Projects & Communication Assist the CEO and CBO with high-leverage tasks including presentations, research, and internal communication Lead ad hoc initiatives that cut across teams and require urgent coordination Synthesize information and draft memos, decks, or summaries that help move decisions forward
