Cookie Finance is a rapidly growing accounting and tax firm that works exclusively with content creators and social media influencers. We work with clients across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. We’re seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing firm!

The Job

You will be a key member of our rapidly growing company. Working closely with our amazing and fun clients, you will be responsible for organizing the creator finances, maintaining their books, and assisting your tax partner with tax preparation and strategy. You will be client facing and working on very unique projects. What you do will have a major impact on our clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as cleaning up client QuickBooks, recording financial transactions, balancing accounts, and maintaining client ledgers.

• Preparing financial statements and reconciling bank accounts.

• Work closely with your tax partner to manage the client relationship.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1-3 years experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting

• Proficient in QuickBooks

• Customer service oriented a must

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
