Master's degree or equivalent in business, education, human/social services, organizational leadership, sociology, psychology or related field; 10 years progressive management and supervisory experience; 5 years administrative experience in tribal service delivery; knowledge of 42-CFR Part 2 and HIPAA; computer literacy with EHR and Microsoft Office; satisfactory state and federal fingerprint background check.
