What will you do?
- Prepare and supervise high-quality food as per standardized recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain strict hygiene and FSSAI compliance standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, prep planning, and daily production
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and control food costs
- Support and mentor team members in an inclusive kitchen environment
What we're looking for?
- 2–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (café/canteen/restaurant preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Leadership mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced institutional setup
- Alignment with values of inclusion, dignity, and social impact
