Job Title: Chief Operating Officer / Business Head – Real Estate
Location: Chennai
We are hiring a dynamic Chief Operating Officer / Business Head to lead end-to-end operations for a growing real estate vertical. This role will drive business growth, project delivery, profitability, sales performance, strategic expansion, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business operations, profitability, and growth strategy
Drive project execution with engineering and project teams
Ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards
Lead sales, marketing, CRM, and channel partner performance
Identify new business opportunities, JV partnerships, and land acquisitions
Manage statutory approvals, legal coordination, and stakeholder relationships
Monitor budgets, cash flows, MIS, and project KPIs
Build systems, governance frameworks, and high-performing teams
Partner with MD, investors, and strategic stakeholders
Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction
5 to 8 years in leadership roles such as COO / Business Head / VP / GM Operations
Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, sales, approvals, and growth strategy
Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and decision-making skills
MBA preferred
