Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive operation excellence
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee smooth adaptation of new technologies into production, ensure seamless handover of new products from PD to Production
• Oversee supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and improve operational performance through key performance indicators.
• Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability targets.
• Drive digital transformation and automation across operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all departments.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to define operational strategy aligned with business goals.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Operating Officer (COO) should have:

• A strong operations background in the precision engineering/luxury items/tier I/Auto background.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively across different locations.
• Should be well versed with Kaizen and hands-on knowledge of Industry 4.0
• Expertise in operational management, supply chain, and financial planning.
• Experience of more than 15 years with average tenure in an organization atleast more than 6years
• A relevant educational qualification in business administration or a related field.
