Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role located in Jaipur. The COO will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring consistent productivity, efficiency, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include business planning, supervision of ongoing projects, team management, financial oversight, budget analysis, and optimization of resources. The role also requires collaboration across departments to drive organizational growth and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and resource optimization
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledgeable in Finance and Budgeting to ensure financial health and operational efficiency
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to drive team performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the infrastructure or EPC sector
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree in a related field is preferred
