Role Summary
We are looking for a revenue-driven COO who can lead operations + sales + growth for a B2B digital marketing agency focused on the US market.
This role requires a leader who can build, scale, and close—someone who has personally driven enterprise sales, built GTM strategies, and scaled agency revenue globally.
1. Revenue & Sales Leadership (PRIMARY FOCUS)
- Own end-to-end revenue function (Sales + Marketing + Delivery alignment)
- Personally drive and close high-value US B2B deals
- Build and scale:
- Outbound sales engine (cold email, LinkedIn, SDR teams)
- Inbound funnel (SEO, paid, content)
- Define and execute:
- ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
- Establish strong sales pipeline predictability
2. Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition
- Lead consultative selling for US clients
- Handle:
- Discovery calls
- Pitch presentations
- Proposal strategy & pricing
- Close deals in:
- US Healthcare
- SaaS / B2B services
- Build partnerships and channel alliances
3. Sales Process & Performance Management
- Implement structured sales frameworks:
- CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot)
- Sales dashboards & forecasting
- Define KPIs:
- Conversion rates
- Deal cycle time
- Average deal size
- Build and manage:
- SDR team
- Account Executives
- Pre-sales team
4. Marketing + Sales Alignment (RevOps Mindset)
- Align demand generation with sales conversion goals
- Implement:
- Lead scoring models
- MQL → SQL conversion tracking
- Optimize:
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- ROI on campaigns
5. Operations & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure sales promises = delivery capability
- Build scalable delivery model:
- SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Automation
- Maintain:
- SLA adherence
- Client satisfaction (NPS)
6. AI & Tech-Driven Growth
- Leverage AI for:
- Sales automation (email sequencing, personalization)
- Lead intelligence & intent data
- Tools expertise:
- HubSpot, Salesforce
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense
- Implement data-driven decision-making culture
7. Leadership & Team Building
- Build high-performance teams across:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Delivery
- Drive:
- Target-based culture
- Incentive plans for sales teams
- Mentor next-level leaders
Must-Have ExperienceSales & Revenue (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven track record of:
- Closing $100K+ annual contracts (or equivalent)
- Scaling revenue in US B2B market
- Experience in:
- Agency sales OR B2B services sales
