Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Denim at LB TEX OFFICIAL, located in Bavla. The COO will oversee daily operations, manage resources, and implement business strategies to meet company objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing business planning, managing operational workflows, analyzing performance data, streamlining processes, and ensuring budgetary adherence to support sustainable growth. Collaboration with other leadership members to align operations with organizational goals will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
- Practical experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence and adapt to industry trends
- Familiarity with the denim or textile industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
