RevenUmf. com, operated by Sukhmal Mutual Fund Distributors Pvt Ltd, is a fast-growing fintech platform focused on simplifying mutual fund investing and empowering financial distributors with modern digital infrastructure. We are building a scalable B2B ecosystem for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), RIAs, insurance advisors, and wealth partners across India.
Our platform combines technology, AI-powered portfolio analysis, and operational efficiency to help partners grow faster and serve investors better.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven COO / CBO to join RevenUmf .com as a Co-Founder in an equity-based leadership role. This is not a salaried position. We are seeking someone entrepreneurial who wants to build and scale a large fintech business alongside the founding team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the broking, mutual fund, insurance, or wealth management industry, specifically on the B2B/distribution side. You will lead strategic partnerships, business growth, operations, and nationwide expansion of our distributor network.
This is a full-time remote role with significant ownership, decision-making authority, and long-term upside through equity participation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead B2B growth across MFDs, IFAs, RIAs, brokers, insurance advisors, and wealth partners
- Build and scale strategic partnerships and distribution networks
- Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and operational excellence
- Develop long-term business strategies and execution plans
- Oversee partner onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Manage business operations, processes, and performance metrics
- Work closely with product and technology teams to improve partner experience
- Build and lead sales, operations, and partnership teams
- Contribute to fundraising, strategic planning, and company growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership, business development, or operations roles in:
- Mutual Fund Distribution
- Stock Broking
- Insurance Distribution
- Wealth Management / Fintech
- Strong understanding of the Indian B2B financial distribution ecosystem
- Existing network within MFD, broking, or insurance channels is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build from the ground up
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience scaling teams, partnerships, or distribution businesses
- Prior startup or fintech experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with prior experience at firms such as Groww, Zerodha, Angel One, NJ Wealth, ICICI Securities, or leading insurance and wealth distribution organizations will be preferred.
