Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, implementing data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates, and optimizing website performance. Day-to-day activities include analyzing web analytics data, identifying conversion bottlenecks, running A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and maximize engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data interpretation with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Proficiency in Conversion Optimization and Web Analytics for identifying performance bottlenecks and executing solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present insights to stakeholders
- Experience with data conversion techniques and tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and user experience best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is an advantage
