What You'll Do
• Build, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.
• Develop clean, scalable frontend solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP.
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and Google Lighthouse scores.
• Implement Technical SEO strategies, Schema Markup, and structured data.
• Improve rendering performance through code optimization, lazy loading, and efficient DOM management.
• Modernize legacy applications by migrating jQuery-based code to Vanilla JavaScript.
• Optimize CSS, JavaScript, fonts, images (WebP/AVIF), and overall frontend architecture.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (ARIA/WCAG), and mobile-first responsiveness.
• Refactor existing code for better maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO experts, and development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Manage source code using Git and follow modern development standards.
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Frontend Development & PHP
✔ Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & PHP (Mandatory)
✔ Experience with Bootstrap 4/5
✔ Strong understanding of Technical SEO and website architecture
✔ Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores
✔ Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
✔ Experience with Lazy Loading, Image Optimization (WebP/AVIF), and Render Optimization
✔ Familiarity with Schema Markup and Structured Data
✔ Experience with Git, Version Control, and collaborative workflows
✔ Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
