We’re Hiring: Conversations & Relationship Experience Lead
We’re looking for a mature, articulate professional to join Beyond Small Talk and engage with individuals interested in our curated singles meet experiences.
This role involves having thoughtful, one-on-one conversations, helping individuals feel comfortable, understood, and confident about participating in our events.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Conducting meaningful and engaging conversations
- Building trust with participants
- Understanding their expectations and guiding them through the process
- Supporting high-quality onboarding for our community
Ideal Profile:
- Excellent spoken English — clear, warm, and professional
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and decision-makers
- Background in counseling, coaching, or client-facing roles is a plus
